เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 17 มกราคม 2568  ศูนย์คลินิกเทคโนโลยี สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ  นำโดยอาจารย์ศิวัตม์ พลอินทร์ รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา พร้อมด้วยนักวิจัยจากคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม และคณะบริหารธุรกิจและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ   ร่วมกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (สสว.) นำโดยคุณโสภณ พลอยสุกใส ผู้จัดการศูนย์กลุ่มจังหวัดให้บริการ SME ครบวงจรกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคกลางตอนบนจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา   คุณชนินทร์ สิทธิ ผู้จัดการศูนย์ให้บริการ SME ครบวงจรจังหวัดอ่างทอง  และนางสาวอสมาวัลย์ วุฒิกุลธีรธร ผู้จัดการศูนย์ให้บริการ SME ครบวงจรจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี  ลงสำรวจบริบทพื้นที่วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของชุมชนกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปลงใหญ่ปลาช่อนแม่ลา อำเภอบางระจัน จังหวัดสิงห์บุรี  เพื่อวิเคราะห์และสกัดโจทย์ความต้องการของชุมชน   จากการลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้พบว่าต้องมีการพัฒนาเครื่องจักรเพื่อลดต้นทุนในการผลิต ควรมีการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าสินค้า ตลอดจนต้องนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และประชาสัมพันธ์

       On Friday, January 17, 2025, the Technology Clinic Center of the Research and Development Institute at Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi, led by Assistant Professor Siwat Polin, Deputy Director of the Research and Development Institute, along with researchers from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology and Agro-Industry, the Faculty of Industrial Education, and the Faculty of Business Administration and Information Technology, collaborated with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion (OSMEP). The OSMEP team was led by Mr. Sophon Ploysuksai, Manager of the Comprehensive SME Service Center for the Upper Central Region in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, Mr. Chanin Sith, Manager of the Comprehensive SME Service Center in Ang Thong Province, and Ms. Asamawan Wuttikultheerathorn, Manager of the Comprehensive SME Service Center in Sing Buri Province. The team conducted a field visit to analyze the community context and the needs of the community enterprise group of the Mae La Snakehead Fish Cluster in Bang Rachan District, Sing Buri Province. The visit aimed to assess and identify the community's specific needs.From this field study, it was found that there is a need to develop machinery to reduce production costs, enhance product processing to increase the value of goods, and adopt technology to build awareness and promote the products effectively.
